Ukraine opens a new front against the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation - Newsweek

According to journalists, after an attack on the Russian facility in the Azov Sea, a oil spot was visible on satellite images, and all the information about what happened was removed from all public resources in the Russian Federation. Ukrainian drones threaten Russian vessels in the Azov Sea, which indicates the intention of Kiev to attack Moscow's infrastructure outside the Black Sea. Newsweek writes about it.

Strokes on ships and infrastructure of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation forced the Russian Federation to relocate ships from the occupied Crimea to the northeast - to Novorossiysk and further. Recent satellite images have shown that Russia has removed at least 18 naval ships from Novorossiysk, including two Vasyl Bykov patrols and ROPUCHA landing ships (NATO classification). Such a step was probably aimed at reducing their vulnerability to the blows of Ukrainian drones.

But, apparently, even these vessels are threatened. The British edition of Sky News reported that on Saturday night, June 9, the Defense Forces of Ukraine had struck a "coordinated blow" on a landing ship that was in the Azov Sea. Mayor Mariupol Advisor Petro Andryushchenko stated that a vessel was damaged near the port of Yeysk in the Krasnodar Territory. Other data indicate that Vasyl Bykov's patrol ship was injured.

It was reported that the satellite images show the oil spot, and all the information about the attack was removed from all public resources. The Russian Federation tried to hide the ship in Yeysk, but it did not work. It was noted that the Russian fleet was a real hunt in the Azov Sea. The Ukrainian source reported Sky News that Russia "cannot operate freely in the Black Sea," and these ships are used to roll over ammunition and cargo to the occupied Mariupol and further on the front line.
