"At that time, they understood what Putin went to-that all aggressive actions, the beginning of the war, it is, first, an absurdity, and on the other hand, it is, of course, a systemic losing because of victims, because of major problems," said Lightmark. He also stated that in Russia there is a growing potential that will work against Putin's regime immediately after it has weakened. This will happen after the Armed Forces strategic success at the Front.
However, at first, "new opposition" will want to negotiate their fate. They will want to get an indulgence for themselves after Putin is removed. "Here we have eliminated it . . . And now we keep the regime, the stability of Russia, so that there is no uncontrolled situation, so we are ready for negotiations. Such a scenario is real . . . ", - suggested Small. ISW analysts said Putin wants to get more power over Belarus and has already found a tool for this.
