No freezing and transferring the territory of the Russian Federation: in OP told about the Victory Plan of Zelensky

The adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak told what conditions to achieve peace Ukraine will disagree, and also shared whether the Kursk region is included in the Victory Plan. There is no plan for the termination of the war, which would refer to the freezing of the conflict, ceasefire, or transfer of any territories of Russia today. This was stated by Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak in an interview for TV channel "President".

He recalled that the President of Ukraine has repeatedly expressed a clear position - no freezing of the conflict, as this would not end the war, but only allow Russia to accumulate resources for new attacks on Ukraine. Podolyak emphasized that there could be no concessions about territories or stopping hostilities. Kyiv's official position remains unchanged: the war should end with the defeat of Russia, which can be "provided for a certain amount of weapons as such.

" He also noted that the Kursk operation is part of the Victory Plan and demonstrates the possibility of effective actions of Ukraine in Russia. "This will, first, affect the social sentiment that is in Russia. Secondly, it will be significantly pressed on the Putin environment and lead to the finals of this war," Podolyak is convinced. The adviser to the head of the OP noted that Western allies seek international law, but for this Russia should suffer tactical or strategic defeats.

"Just the wrong finale of this war will lead to escalation of the situation not only in Eastern Europe but also in Europe as a whole, and this is obvious to our Western allies. Another issue is bureaucracy, the speed of decision making, the willingness to really stop hiding behind these mythical" red Lines ", to think more about them, and so on. But Ukrainian diplomacy works with this, the President of Ukraine speaks intensively about it at different sites," Podolyak added.
