Blinken does not believe that Putin is interested in expanding the conflict and attracting NATO countries. According to him, if the Russian troops advance at least "centimeter or even a millimeter" to the NATO territory, there will be a corresponding reaction of the Alliance members. The US Secretary of State also commented on the nuclear threat from Russia.
