The military after injury "late" in part for almost a month: as he was punished

The man had no good reason and spent official time "at his own discretion" at home. In court, the man fully pleaded guilty and explained that by December 21 he preceded a rehabilitation leave due to the wounds received on the forefront. However, as the serviceman says, after the completion of treatment, he "was in a bad psycho -emotional state. " He explained this with his own injury and the fact that he learned of a serious injury to his cousin who served in the Kramatorsk area.

The Ukrainian stressed that on January 19 he returned to the military unit and was hospitalized again. He repented and asked strictly not to punish, specifying that he had received the status of a war invalid and continues to serve. The court found the military guilty and appointed him five years in prison. However, the man was released from punishment by setting a trial for one year.
