The singer is accused of evasion of the performance of the inagent, reports TASS with reference to the supervisory department of the Russian capital.

The documents state that the artist has been held administratively responsible twice in the last year due to the lack of labeling materials on social networks, but continued to publish posts without a proper duct. If the case is given, Alisher threatens two years of imprisonment. Morgenstern was on the list of foreign agents in May last year with the associates of Alexei Navalny - love Sobol and Vladimir Milov.

It was brought there through "financing from Ukraine" as well as from the Israeli company Yoola, which is responsible for monetization of video on YouTube. Alisher left Russia in November 2021 after the head of the investigative Alexander Bastkin accused him of drug trafficking. Initially, the singer lived in Dubai, but in January this year he was banned from entering.
