Discussion of NATO troops to Ukraine is a signal for the Russian Federation - Estonian General

According to Nesem Vyali, European leaders continue to talk about how it will be possible to support Kiev in confrontation with the Kremlin. Moscow understands that the event is not ready to stop. Talking that the West can send to the territory of Ukraine of its military is a sign for the Russian Federation. This was stated by Estonian Major General in the reserve of Nesem Vyali, reports Err. According to him, lately, European leaders have been actively discussing Ukraine's further support.

One of the issues they touched on is to send NATO fighters to Ukraine. Moscow thus receives a kind of signal. "On the one hand, it is a good message for Europeans who are beginning to get used to this war. But on the other hand, it is definitely a signal for Russia that Europe is ready to continue to help Ukraine and make it a contribution to it," - said the Non -eme Vyali .

Separately, the Estonian Major General added that Europe has the opportunity to send its military to Ukraine, but the question is whether it is meaningful. This is due to the fact that the human resource in Kiev is enough, and other support is expected from Western partners, in the form of weapons and equipment. "Today it is not that Ukraine lacks soldiers, but that it needs more equipment and weapons," - continued Nesem Vyali.

The same opinion was voiced by the Prime Minister of Estonia Kai Callas when she stated that Ukraine was most in need of ammunition, and European leaders agreed on it. We will remind, on February 27 it was reported that NATO discusses the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine, as stated by French President Emmanuel Macron.

According to him, the request of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to strengthen the support of Kiev has been heard, but there is no consensus on the departure of NATO troops. President of Poland Andrzej Duda also expressed his opinion on this occasion. According to him, the issue of further assistance to Ukraine was extremely acute at a meeting of the Alliance and the EU. The countries themselves will decide how to support Kiev in confrontation with the Russian Federation.
