An outdated tanker fleet poses a threat to the environment - we saw this during an incident in the Kerch Strait. It should not be repeated, ”said the deputy head of the Presidential Office.

  Vladislav Vlasyuk noted that the shadow fleet of the Russian Federation consists of more than 600 vessels, which transport about 90 % of Russian oil.
