Children affected during the war in Ukraine are also entitled to benefits. Children of the war are called people who were under a minor during the Second World War. This status gives them the right to a number of benefits and payments. This is stated in Article 5 of the Law "On Social Protection of Children of War". Persons with the status of "children of war" are entitled to various benefits that can be granted throughout their lives.
