It is reported that Russian exports are closely supervised by the oil market participants, as Moscow has stopped publishing official production data. Exports of diesel fuel continued to decline to 372,000 barrels a day.
Although the Government of the Russian Federation lifted a temporary ban on export on October 6, the flows were limited. Russia has allowed to restore deliveries, provided that the fuel would be delivered to the ports of the pipeline, and the refining plants will retain at least 50% of the diesel fuel produced for the domestic market. Earlier, the media reported that in 2023, it spent the total purchase of liquefied natural gas from the Russian Federation of EU in 2023.
