Petrus Parade: As on the eve of the Russian world summit tries to break it

On the eve of the Peace summit, many "peace plans" from Russia and its free and involuntary assistants appear. Emphasizing this, political scientist Petro Oleshchuk points to their main task - to complicate or to disrupt the global discussion of the Ukrainian formula of peace. It is difficult to say that we will be waiting for the summit according to the Ukrainian "formula of peace", which should take place in mid -June in Switzerland.

In the end, it will be the first corresponding summit, so it is unlikely that it should be expected in principle, but there are some facts that indicate a serious and ill -defined interest in this event by the Russians. Ukrainian special services have previously reported that the Russians seek to disrupt the summit, or at least to make it the least representative. Actually, it is noticeable even without appropriate statements.

What do I see? I see the mass throwing of various "peace plans" sanctioned by the Russians, but veiled under the "plans of third countries". A classic example is like a Turkish Plan, which was thrown into the information space through the Russian "unproven newspaper" and Y. Latinin. It involves freezing and "postponement of status", which makes it unrealistic in advance.

In addition, the carcass of "Istanbul arrangements" was solemnly received and began to mock the corpse in a particularly fond form. Due to numerous pro -Kremlin "Russian liberals" and Western journalists the idea that "there was a good plan, but Ukrainians refused something. " The meaning of promotion of such "plans" is simple and fully corresponds to the traditional scheme of Russian influence on the external audience.

At the same time, a variety of and contradictory information is thrown, which should give the impression that "not everything is so unambiguous. " The Russians act in a similar way in most difficult situations. Obviously, they want to doubt among the maximum audience about "peace initiatives", promoting the idea that "there are many options for the end of the war.

" Why is they so embarrassed by the "peaceful summit"? Although it is not clear what results it will lead to? I think that the summit has every chance of destroying several Russian theses that have taken care of the world information space for a fairly long period. First, "all this is a local conflict of Ukrainians and Russians for some territories.

" It is obvious that if the issue of peace in the Russian-Ukrainian war will discuss more than 100 states, then it can not be called "local conflict", which is already exactly something significant in terms of the world. And, therefore, the world's answers should be worldwide. Secondly, there are some equivalent "Russian" and "Ukrainian" views on the war, and we need to look for something "average" between them.

But if there are about a hundred states on the one hand, and on the other hand, several, then it is clearly not so equally equivalent. Third, the thesis that "the Russians want to end the war, and Ukrainians, for some reason, no. " How many manipulations have recently been manipulated, how far these ideas have penetrated far (including individual American congressmen). This is, in fact, because the Russian leadership constantly "throws" something about it.

But if the real way of termination of war is formulated and offered to the Russian side most of humanity, and the Russian side will refuse, what will it mean? This will mean that any previous statements about "settlement" from the Russians will not be worth anything. These are only some points that, obviously, lead to the activation of the Russians and their numerous "sleeping agents", which all suddenly won and rushed to prove something.
