The Ukrainian underground noted that nowadays Russian invaders are meeting only 60% of the needs of the occupied territories. Fresh water is not enough even for civilians who violate international law. Russians in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine cannot launch full work of the captured industry. Water deficit was all the fault. This was reported in the press service of the National Resistance Center on September 20.

According to the Ukrainian underground, the Russians have new problems in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, where they cannot meet the basic needs of the civilian population. Due to the lack of fresh water, it is virtually impossible to start industrial sites that are now under the temporary control of the Russian Federation.

"Currently, the occupiers meet the needs of the captured regions of the East by 60%, which is why water is not enough to meet the needs The petrochemical industry and forest processing, ”the message reads. Such problems of Russian invaders have led to the fact that in the region high unemployment and people cannot provide themselves.
