After completion of basic training in special training centers of recruits, they are referred to military units, where, if necessary, additional vocational training can be completed. The distribution of recruits is carried out depending on the situation and needs of the units. In the next stage, the military units and additional training are carried out in the military units.
The purpose of this process is to increase the fighting stability of the fighters, teaching their tactical actions in small groups, such as branches. Syrsky noted that the course, despite the fact that newcomers provide a two -week adaptation course, in the current conditions of intensive fighting of this requirement are not always observed. "Commanders should prepare the soldier as much as possible for the challenges of the modern war to keep it in battle," the general added.
On November 1, a new extended program of basic military training (GDP) for mobilized has started in Ukraine. It lasts 49 days, which is two weeks more than the previous version, and includes innovations aimed at updating training taking into account the realities of the modern war. The total number of training hours increased from 259 to 348, and the load was reduced from 10 to 8 hours a day.
The main focus is: the program is divided into three stages: the course ends with a three -day tactical lesson, where all the acquired knowledge is checked. For the first time, the program includes drones and radio electronic fights. For the development of work with drones, 3 hours were allocated, during which recruits are studied: 7 hours are taken to work with the systems of HRB. Participants are taught to use antironous rifles, trenches and dome complexes.
Particular attention is paid to the rules of masking and connecting these systems. The course takes into account the realities of war with mass use of drones. Recruits are taught to arrange and mask positions, to create protective structures against shock FPV-pates. Also considered: the number of firing exercises increased from 23 to 45, and the ammunition - from 500 to 866 cartridges.
