The editor -in -chief of the real newspaper, journalist from Lugansk Andrey Dikh...

"Ukraine can return very soon." In the occupied Luhansk region, due to the offensive of the Armed Forces of the pro -Russian population, it became less. Interview

The editor -in -chief of the real newspaper, journalist from Lugansk Andrey Dikhtyarenko in an interview with Radio NV told how the moods in the occupied territories changed through the liberation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of Kharkiv region. - What do residents of Luhansk know about how the cities of Kharkiv region are de -occupation? - There are people who really exist in the information space that creates the Russian Federation for them. These are pensioners first.

And everyone else is trying to explore what is happening - have already learned to use the Internet. Video of the day in the occupied territories there are telegram channels, you work YouTube-a large source of information. And people, in principle, understand what is happening. We know that Russian propaganda has already begun to recognize the defeat of Russian occupation troops in Kharkiv region. This is the first.

Secondly, mobica (forcibly mobilized residents of the occupied part of the Luhansk region) begin to return, there are many videos on social networks of how Mobiki, which were in fact forgotten by Russian troops in Kharkiv, picking cars from local residents or using their own transport. When this counter -offensive of the Ukrainian troops, Russian troops ran, huge congestion was formed to enter Lugansk. This was seen at the former KPVV happiness, in the village of Lugansk.

They say they are still standing. This is also discussed in the occupied territories: these people are returning, they were met in Stakhanov, and there were videos about it. That is, people who were direct participants in these events are returning to the territory of the Luhansk region. And they also tell, though in their own kitchens, relatives, friends, the truth about what really happened.

- These "mobics" are those who were able to escape from Kharkiv region and not be captured that were not killed? - So. All right. And it is clear that these people are critical of what is happening. Another question is that they are hardly ready to speak and even more so with weapons in the hands of the occupiers. So to speak, and thank God survived - such an attitude. Their relatives that they survived.

Those who have not returned or disappeared or have no contact with these people are trying to find out what with those "mobics" that remained on the front line. What is happening in the occupied territories now. People are very immersed in this situation. Many [of them] perceive their participation in the actual occupation of Ukraine as such as a framework. They can't even think about what we do, or what we support those who do it. The impression that they were lowered as an order.

And many are simply thoughtless, without reflection tries to perform it. In my opinion, many residents of the occupied territory can finally think of the very great benefit of recent events. And Ukraine can return very soon. And even sooner than they think about it.

Despite the fact that they have lived in recent years as if indeed representatives of Edin Russia: [Secretary of the Hen offices of the Party Andrew] Turchak tried to say everyone in the occupied Kharkiv region that "Russia is here from all over", these people already understand that Russia, possibly, possibly, and possibly. It is likely not forever. And accordingly, these thoughts can, I hope, start some processes.

- Russian propaganda, talking about its shameful defeat in Kharkiv region, assured that there were only "mobics" with "DNR", "LNR". The point was that there are no normal military people there, so there may be some problems. Journalist Sergei Garmash told that there is an insult on the part of these so -called Dnivtsi. Is there anything like this in the territory of the temporarily occupied Luhansk region? - Of course, there is.

Another question is that these people have not yet thought that in fact the Russians, Russian invaders, Russian propaganda treat us as the people of the second grade. They need to be convey that they may need to go to the side of those who consider them to be fellow citizens, who really want to help people in the occupied territory. They have not taken this step.

I am convinced that after such an attitude towards the residents of Luhansk region, to the residents of Donetsk region, as to the second grade, many stopped hoping at all that Russia had come, occupied the Donbas in order to solve the problems of these people. I think they already see in their own example that they are actually just used as cannon meat, as a reason to occupy Ukraine. And it may be time, perhaps it will not be so easy, but these people should start a reflection on what happened.

And I think it is actually in favor of Ukraine's troops, first and foremost, which continue their offensive. And I am convinced that in the territory of Luhansk region, which will be released, and even in the territory that has been occupied for eight years, its population will definitely not be big problems for our soldiers.

- In the temporarily occupied Melitopol, in the south of Ukraine, there is a collaborator who said that everyone who received Russian passports will be mobilized into the Russian army. It seems to me that they did not speak directly in those "LNR", "DNR". Can this news reach Ukrainians in those temporarily occupied territories? - It is the inhabitants of the long -occupied territories, eight years ago, that they fall under the mobilization from the very beginning of this invasion.

In fact, before the beginning, because [the Kremlin Mariometak in Donetsk] Pushilin declared mobilization. And this immediately led to the flow of cars that fled from the occupied Luhansk region, occupied by Donetsk region towards the Russian border. People did not want to go to the front. They were hunted for several months, blossomed on the streets of men.

The fact that [men in] the newly -mentioned territories will be subject to compulsory mobilization, I think, the local residents will not be much influenced. Most likely, the recent events, the understanding that Ukraine can return, will be in A plus B. A - Russia throws us on the forefront without arming; B - the Russians do not take us. It all has to happen. And it should lead to some result. I always divided the people who remained in the occupied territory into three large groups.

The first is those who really frankly support Russia and would like the occupied Luhansk region, occupied Donetsk region; They believed in the Crimean version, were fans of the Soviet Union, the Russian Empire and so on. The second group - in fact, is "we do not want to go into politics", "we live the way we live, do not touch us. " And the third group. There are not many these people now, because they are very dangerous and very difficult in the occupied territories.

These are those who are really supporters of Ukraine who hang Ukrainian flags on holidays. And there are many in fact. Even among those who say they are for Russia, so many who actually support Ukraine in order to touch them. So: the first group for us was always the most dangerous. And I am sure that after this terrible war, after the counter -offensive of the Ukrainian troops, people in the first group will become much smaller. First, many of them went to truly fight like volunteers.

Such people were too. It should be honestly said. Some people from the occupied territories really went to fight against Ukraine. Many of them were killed. Those who supported Russia and did not want to go to war because they thought they were sick, old, forcibly thrown without weapons. These people have to have a revaluation of values. In short, I think that thanks to all these events of the pro -Russian population in the occupied territories, it has become less. And this is in favor of Ukraine.

- And about "punishments" they tell them? Currently, one of Russian propaganda on the de -industrial Kharkiv region is, of course, the one that the Armed Forces will terrorize the local population. What about this is told in Lugansk? - They tell a lot. Propaganda works very rigidly. And in the real newspaper we made a project - we made an overview of the propaganda of the LNR group every week. Sometimes it is very difficult to even look and digest.

[Russian propagandists] said that abroad is very bad for Ukrainian refugees, and Ukrainian refugees there seem to create various crimes. It was told that this is not Russia destroying all these cities, but Ukrainians specifically, when they leave, destroy cities. The moment was very important at the end of August, when both local and Russian propaganda began to tell the residents of Lugansk and occupied Luhansk region that there was no forced mobilization.

And here, probably, [a break] of the template, even in the most fierce supporters of Russia. Because they go outside, they see the commanders who grab the people who beat them, who throw them on the forefront. And then their propaganda tells a frank lies. It is clear that people who watch these news are getting much smaller. And the number of those who try to know what really happens should become greater.
