During the fighting in Ukraine,

The prisoners who fought at Wagner PEC returned to the Russian Federation without extremities: instead they were pardoned

During the fighting in Ukraine, "volunteers" lost their hands and feet. Before departure to the front, they sat under heavy articles. In Russia, prisoners who fought in the Wagner PEC against Ukraine issued a certificate of pardon. Before departure to the front, men sat in Russian prisons under severe articles. During the fighting, the fighters lost their limbs. The video was shared by RIA Fan, which the Russian media is associated with the organizer of the PEC, businessman Yevgeny Prigogin.

In the video, you can see how an unknown person hands prisoners, medals and tells three people that they receive a pardon certificate, and another - a release certificate. The Agency's project managed to identify some of the prisoners who were present on the video.

In particular, one of them can be Rustam Borovkov (in video he is without a hand), which in 2017 received thirteen years of colony for robbery, deliberately causing serious harm to the health that caused death, and an attempt to abduct the car. According to the investigation, Borovkov, together with two accomplices, broke into the house of a resident of the Pskov region and beat him, and the person involved in the video broke the victim six ribs, which causes him to die.

Criminals stole 640 rubles, two inexpensive mobile phones, products, chainsaws and other things - the total cost of the loot was just less than 10 thousand Russian rubles. Journalists also recognized a man without a leg sitting on the left - Stanislav Bogdanov, who in 2013 was sentenced to 23 years for the murder of Novgorod Judge Sergei Zhiganov. The victim died of kocherg and dumbbells. After the event, bank cards, tools and jewelry disappeared from the house.

At the same time, human rights activist Olga Romanova named the certificates of pardon "by the Certificate" issued by the prisoner, because, according to Russian law, only the President of the Russian Federation can make a decision on pardon. "In addition, this procedure is difficult and begins with the pardon commissions of the regional public chambers . . . Regional public chambers have not considered anything, no requests for pardon," the expert said.

In September, Russian media reported that at least 6,000 prisoners were recruited to Russia against Ukraine. Later, a video appeared on the network, which was shot as Prigogine, who is a colleague of Russian President Vladimir Putin, recruits prisoners of one of the Russian colonies. Then the businessman promised the convicted pardon after 6 months at the front.
