Everywhere, where it is difficult, our forces give a decent repel of the occupier - the appeal of the President of Ukraine

Dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! Today is a special day. Today we mention the 1944-the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people-and we honor the memory of its victims. Our story contains, unfortunately, a lot of tragic pages - what our people were forced to go through. But whatever these pages are - bitter or scary - they will never become pages of lies and even more so the last pages for Ukraine.

Today, honoring the victims of the deportation of the Crimean Tatars and now condemning Russian abuse of Crimea, we feel that we know that Russian evil is not and will not be omnipotent. The time of the occupier on our earth is limited, and its expulsion is inevitable and depends on how we all resist, how we all try to unite the world, and how the world itself is configured - tuned to protect humanity and life.

In 2014, the Russian occupation of Crimea in 2014 was a test - a testing for all in the world. At the time, the reaction did not follow, and Putin decided that he could seem to grow Crimea, as if he could do more evil - impunity. On February 24, in this end, all Ukrainians and Ukrainian women, all our people, put in this point: different people - different generations, different views - who stopped the occupier. The historical point, set then, will never become a semicolon for Ukraine.

Moscow will never have a chance to conquer our country, our people, consciousness and history. And now, in the battles for the sake of Ukraine, in our work for the sake of Ukraine, we have reached such a level when Russian evil, even in our territory from our fair answers, is not hidden. I thank all our soldiers and units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, who have proven this week that the Russian state will pay for everything that it does against our people, our society.

I thank every warrior who showed sufficient resilience and was able to add more confidence this week, in particular, Kharkiv direction. The occupier loses his infantry and technique - he loses significantly, although just as in 2022, he was counting on the rapid promotion on our land. We do not forget about other areas of fighting except Kharkiv: Kramatorsk, Pokrovsky, Kurakhiv, southern directions - everywhere, where it is difficult, our forces give a decent repel of the occupier.

In particular, especially thanks to the guys who repelled the Russian storm of the time ravine. Our warriors destroyed more than 20 units of armored vehicles. Well done guys! And I also thank every representative of our country - the entire diplomatic team of the office, our government, our embassies, public figures who help - thank you for the gradual, step -by -step promotion in the preparation of the Peace summit - the first global summit to take place in Switzerland.

We, together with our partners, prepare a real platform - a platform for the world that is really capable of forcing Russia to peace and which Russia will not be able to deceive. During this week we added new participants of the summit. Only at the level of the leaders of states and governments did my conversations with Georgia, Canada, the Republic of Korea, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malawi, Portugal, Slovenia, France, Sweden, Liberia, and also spoke with the US Secretary of State.
