The death of Admiral Sokolova: in the intelligence of Britain explained how it would affect the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation

The strikes of the defense forces on the occupied peninsula have led to the death of at least 33 Russian officers and injuries more than 100 servicemen of the Russian Federation. As a result of the strokes of the Ukrainian military on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol in Crimea, the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation Viktor Sokolov was killed.

Analysts of the Institute of War Study believe that it can influence the management of the Black Sea Fleet. This was discussed in the ISW daily report on September 25. They noted that in addition to Sokolov, 33 Russian officers were killed, while another 105 Russian servicemen were injured.

On September 23, the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) Lieutenant General Kirill Budanov stated that the commander of the 200th Separate Rifle Brigade of the Northern Fleet of Lieutenant General Oleg Tsekov and the commander of the Russian troops were seriously Colonel-General Alexander Romanchuk. In addition, 62 people were killed as a result of a blow to the Minsk landing ship in Sevastopol on September 13.

The military noted that during the attack on the ship there was a lot of personnel, because the ship "Minsk" was to intercede on the fighting on September 14. Analysts have stated that they did not confirm that Viktor Sokolov or other high -ranking Russian commanders were killed as a result of Ukrainian blows, but the Russian command could refute this data if they are false.

"The death of Sokolov and other Russian officers, which is reported, will lead to significant failures in the command and management of the Black Sea Fleet of Russia," the report said. On September 22, the temporarily occupied Sevastopol in Crimea was a rocket attack. In particular, the strike was inflicted on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation at the time of a meeting of the leadership of the Russian Fleet.

At that time, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation declared allegedly knocking out Ukrainian managed missiles and drones. In particular, according to them, Russian air defense has intercepted one rocket and two UAVs off the west coast of Crimea. On September 25, it became known that during the attack on the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, the invaders suffered significant losses among the living force - dozens of officers were killed and more than a hundred were injured.
