Filatov also reported that seven educational institutions were damaged in the Dnieper, and in Prydniprovsk, due to the lack of heating, eight kindergartens could not accept children.

"Now also persistently ask the energymen not to disconnect the residential area of ​​Dnieper from electricity according to schedules," Filatov wrote. Meanwhile, the official noted that in the region were preparing for shelling, otherwise the effects of the impact would be much worse. According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces, the enemy made a combined blow with the use of various types of missiles of air, ground and maritime base, as well as shock drones.

During the attack by radio technical troops, 184 enemy air purposes were detected and accompanied, including: to reflect the attack of defense force, anti-aircraft missile complexes, radio electronic struggle (HRV) and mobile fire groups were used. As of 12:00, the destruction of 113 air purposes was confirmed: another 52 enemy air targets were recorded as not achieving their goals. In Ukraine, the consequences of blows are eliminated.
