They told everyone to remain silent and put only these pens from the brought boxes," - said the resident of Kursk and sent a video for confirmation.

According to his statements, the pen gave to him was packed in a box with the BIC's office logo and the official symbol of the CEC presidential election. Similar pens were found at one of the polling stations in Rostov-on-Don. "Check [handles] or take your own to avoid corrections," said a local resident who collided with an ink that disappears from heating. According to journalists, this technology has been used in the Russian elections since 2009.

The ballots that have fallen into the voting urn are invalidated without marks, but this enables the members of the commission to illegally mark any of the candidates after closing the precinct. We will remind, elections in Russia will last three days - from 15 to 17 March. The temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine will also take place the so -called elections.
