Mobilization in Ukraine: Who from the "white" ticket can call the army

Lawyer Dmitry Tsiplitsky warned that even if there is a document that frees a person from service, they can mobilize it. It all depends on the category prescribed in the "white" ticket. In Ukraine, the martial law and general mobilization were continued, which will last at least until August 18, and then again continued if the war is not over. In an interview with Telegraf, lawyer Dmitry Tsiplitsky told which of the owners of "white" tickets can still mobilize.

The "white" ticket is mainly issued to those who are not suitable for health service, however, as it turned out, the document does not guarantee full exemption from mobilization. Limited suitability - the category "in" Ukrainians who have put this category, continue to be registered, but are not subject to conscription in peacetime. If the war begins, then this category of citizens have the right to mobilize.

This category is most often included in citizens who were diagnosed with intestinal infectious diseases, viral diseases of the skin, mucous or nervous system. The unfitness of the category "D" this category can be released by the military from the passage of military service for a period of 6 to 12 months and is the reason for health. These include Ukrainians with diagnosed injuries, surgical surgery, exacerbations of chronic diseases, etc.

At the expiration of the period of unfitness, citizens must go through the medical commission again and thus get a conclusion on suitability or vice versa. Complete unfitness: the category "D" men in this category are exempt from mobilization, conscription, as well as military duty forever. They are credited with this category to Ukrainians with the following diseases: on May 23, it was reported which of the men was entitled to a deferral and whom they are called to the Armed Forces.
