The United Kingdom has imposed new sanctions against the Russian Staff Sector: Details

Five vessels and two companies involved in the Russian gas sector engaged in the production and supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) were under new British sanctions. On September 26, the United Kingdom introduced a new package of sanctions against Russian companies and ships operating in the LNG sector (natural gas liquefied). About it reports Reuters. The Britain's government notes that it first uses new legal mechanisms to directly influence the ships involved in the transportation of LNG.

"Earlier this year, the United Kingdom imposed sanctions against Arctic LNG-2 together with our allies in the US and the EU. Since then, the project was forced to reduce production," the government said. The British government added that new restrictions are "aimed at ships and organizations involved in the Russian LNG sector, which are involved in the projects that are important for future energy production in Russia.

" Reuters writes that the new sanctions have been hit by White Fox Ship Management and Ocean Speedstar Solutions OPC, as well as ships - Asya Energy, Pioneer, North Sky, SCF La Perus and Nova Energy. We will remind, on June 20 Politico reported that the EU planned to introduce a rigid package of sanctions against the Russian sector of LNG.
