The General Staff of the Armed Forces is working on the concept of creation of cyber forces, which will fight in a special operating domain - in cyberspace. MPs, meanwhile, have developed a bill that has absorbed the experience of 25 countries. In Ukraine, a new genus of the Armed Forces may appear soon - cyber forces who will perform official combat missions in digital space.

In this regard, the Ukrainian command considered the concept that the military, MPs from the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, experts. The press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces wrote about the details of cyber forces on the Facebook page. The post of the General Staff on the project of the concept of creation of Cybergical appeared on October 24. The meeting was chaired by the Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Anatoliy Bragilevich.

The participants analyzed the project, which should take into account the achievements of the Western countries in this direction, according to the post. In addition, they studied the experience of Ukrainians who conducted successful operations in digital space during a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

During the meeting, the military, people's deputies and experts discussed the provisions important for cyber forces: the Ukrainian command emphasized "strengthening the capabilities of the troops" in another operating domain - cyberspace. Other domains in which Ukrainians have to fight are land, sea, air and even space, are listed in the General Staff post.

On the Facebook page of the People's Deputy and a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security Alexander Fedienko, a comment on the creation of a new kind of troops of the Cybergisil of the Armed Forces. As it turned out, the politician participated in the meeting, which was told in the General Staff.

The People's Deputy explained that the new type of troops should be created by passing the relevant law and, according to him, the project exists and is ready for registration in the Council. He also stressed that, since 2020, the question of the importance of struggle in cyberspace was raised.

The Verkhovna Rada Committee was dealt with by a working group, which consisted of representatives of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense, the NSDC, GUR, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the State Special Communications Service, the SBU: they gathered the experience of 25 countries of the world, - said Radutsky.

On the pages in social networks, the head of the National Security Committee Alexander Zaitnevich, heads of the Ministry of Defense, GUR, and the Ministry of Defense have not yet commented on the creation of Cybersil. It should be noted that Focus wrote about the successful activity of Ukrainian cyberfactors during the invasion of the Russian Federation.
