"Found solution": Pentagon with SpaceX and Ukraine prevented the use of Starlink by Russia

SpaceX "quickly introduce innovations", providing services that are useful for the Pentagon. Pentagon representatives who cooperate with SpaceX, Ilona Mask, have prevented the unauthorized use of Russian occupants of the Starlink Internet terminals on the battlefield in the war against Ukraine. This was stated by the head of the Space Policy Department of the Defense Office John Plumb, Bloomberg reports. He noted that successful counteraction to Russian technology is ongoing.

Russia seeks to find ways to use Starlink and other commercial communication systems. Plyamb refused to clarify what procedures are implemented to stop the use of Russian high -portable communication terminals that connect to low -orbital SpaceX satellites. "The United States has been actively cooperating with the Government of Ukraine and SpaceX to counteract the illegal use of Starlink by Russia by Russia," said the Tmbamb.

He refused to clarify how Pentagon, SpaceX and the Government of Ukraine operated to block Starlink's work for Russian troops at the front. According to him, SpaceX "quickly introduce innovations", providing services that are useful for the Pentagon. "I think we thought about it and found good decisions both with Starlink and with Ukraine," he added. Ukrainian government officials did not comment on the statement.
