Azerbaijan authorities have transferred a reintegration plan that Armenians should be observed. In turn, representatives of the Armenian enclave are not ready to fully agree. On September 19, the Azerbaijan authorities announced the beginning of an anti -terrorist operation on the territory of the Armenian Karabakh Enclave. The reason for such actions was the shooting and blasting of the truck, which was accused of the armed forces of the enclave.

By lunch the next day, the Armenians made their weapons and went to tank negotiations. The representative of the President of Azerbaijan also assured that the almost ready peace agreement with Armenia, whose citizens were worried about the lives of compatriots. On September 21, negotiations with Karabakh politicians ended in Baku. The results of the negotiations were written on the portal "Anadol". Peaceful talks took place in the Azerbaijani city of Yevla.

The final statements of the negotiation participants are quite different, follows from the network messages. Representatives of Azerbaijan are convinced that the negotiations took place "positive and constructive". They noted that they are expecting complete disarmament of military carbs, which, in addition, should transfer the available equipment. In addition, a special plan was developed, which describes the procedure for the reintegration of Armenians into the public life of Azerbaijan.

This plan was handed over to the enclave representatives. At the same time, the Karabakh managers have published some other statements. In particular, they are not sure that they have come to full consent with Baku. Note that they will still coordinate the parts. "All available issues need to be discussed in a peaceful environment," Karabakh's representatives emphasized. Azerbaijan's anti -terrorist operation began after Baku declared provocations - explosions and shooting by military Karabakh.

After that, the armed forces of the country moved to the Armenian enclave. Already on September 20, the military from Karabakh capitulated and undertake to hand over the existing small arms and heavy equipment. Meanwhile, in the capital of Armenia Yerevan, opposition riots began. Oppositionists accused Prime Minister Nicola Pashinyan of inaction and stated that they would remove him from power through impeachment.
