Decisions were made after the long calls of Kiev, as Ukraine could not attack Russian military facilities within the Russian Federation because of restrictions on the use of US weapons. According to analysts, this decision can help Ukraine to retain an important strategic territory, at the same time it will not change the course of war, given that there was time in Russia to strengthen its defense.
