The post indicated that the Russian blow damaged an electrical substation located in the Dnipropetrovsk region near some industrial enterprise. Another attack of the Russian Federation was directed to Chernihiv region - about 800 families in the Semeniv community remain without electricity.

The fighting also damaged the distribution system in Konstantinovka in Donetsk region, resulting in an emergency shutdown of substation and consumers. Ukraine will not disconnect household consumers in Ukraine, explained in the Ministry of Energy. At the same time, they warn the electricity in peak periods of consumption: 10: 00-12: 00 and 17: 00-19: 00 h. "The situation is controlled. On the night of January 29 to January 30, the Russians attacked Ukrainians with 35 drones-Kamikadze Shahd-136 and two C-300 missiles,-the Air Force of the Armed Forces said on the Facebook page. It is indicated that UAVs were flying in the direction of the southern, central and northeastern regions and aimed at the "fuel and energy sector" infrastructure. Regional military administrations reported damage, destruction and victims of the Russian blow.
