Four generals who commanded the February invasion were released in the Russian Federation - British intelligence

According to analysts, there are more and more problems in the Russian army because of the lack of officers, permanent personnel permutations and sole decisions of the commander. UK intelligence states that eight months after the invasion of Ukraine, the main elements of the Russian military leadership become incapacitated. Due to the lack of capable junior officers, there are difficulties with the organization and management of recently mobilized reservists.

The poor quality of control leads to large incidents. As an example, intelligence customizes the shooting on October 15 at a landfill near Belgorod. Eyewitnesses said that the death of the servicemen resulted in the offensive statements of the officer against the recruits of ethnic minorities. "The lower command of the lower level is likely to intensify the low moral spirit and the bad cohesion of units in many parts of the Russian forces," the intelligence report reads.

Not the best things are at the highest level. Analysts emphasize that four of the five generals who commanded the February invasion of the occupying army into Ukraine have already been released. However, the replacement of commanders has not yet led to a significant improvement in the combat characteristics of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

"The lack of continuity in the command will probably be more devastating than in the Western Armed Forces, because, according to the Russian doctrine, the development of plans is mainly carried out personally by the commander, not the collective efforts of the wider headquarters," - said in intelligence. We will remind, in August British intelligence reported that after a full -scale invasion of Russia lost at least 16 generals.
