General mobilization has been announced in Ukraine, and conscripts are called through the CCC. However, citizens have a choice and can choose their own place of service. In an interview with Hromadske, the head of the LOBBY X recruiting agency Vladislav Grezev told about how it works and what vacancies.

He reported that the agency's competition for staff positions is about 70 people. "The queue is standing," Grezev emphasized. Second place, in his words, is occupied by vacancies in the sphere of IT, and in the third - work with UAV. The next in demand are positions in the press service. Only in the tenth place is the infantry service. Previously, recruiters only search for candidates for military vacancies, and the units were responsible for their arrangement.

However, the rules recently decided to change. If a person gets to the service not through the CCC, but through recruitment, he can choose the unit to his taste. "If the unit is priority, then the process is now super simple: the recommendation letter is obligatory for execution - whether it is a contract, whether it is mobilization," Grezev said. In the non -priority military unit can be reached only through a contract. In addition, the fighter must approve the General Staff.

"That is, a person receives this letter of recommendation after the interview is only when the appointment at the General Staff level is agreed," the recruiter explained. The recommendations of the agency were promised to consider twice a month so that Ukrainians did not have to wait long. There should be no more than two weeks between the interview and receiving the letter.
