The Russian Federation showed the "most compact" fire control complex: what is dangerous for the Armed Forces

The upgraded Russian artillery management system has become easier, more compact and convenient, the developers say. Russian Holding "Roselectronics", which is part of the State Corporation "Rostekh", first presented on the Forum "Army-2024" a reduced complex of management of artillery and mortar batteries from JSC "Razavod". This is stated on the official website "Roselectronics".

According to the manufacturer, the product allows to operate in automated mode any artillery and mortar complexes of Russian and foreign production. The product calculates firing parameters and transmits them to the military. The declared time of preparation of fire for an unplanned purpose - up to 35 seconds. The modernized system is positioned as the "most compact" artillery management complex.

The manufacturer claims that the weight and size of the system was reduced at the request of the Russian military. In addition, engineers have replaced the wire connection of the complex with a special Wi-Fi channel. The development includes the commander's software and technical complex (PTC), as well as a portable artillery set of gun commander. The commander includes a tablet and a portable radio station.

This equipment calculates firing installations using radar stations and reconnaissance drones. Up to eight guns can be controlled by one PTC. The Russian Federation claims that with the help of mentioned radio stations you can exchange data and voice messages up to 6 kilometers. Radio stations are also equipped with removable Wi-Fi-modules, which allow you to connect devices with a tablet, laser target-dalecomer and meteocomplek.

"As a result of modernization, the complex has become lighter, more compact and convenient to use," said Oleg Ratnikov CEO. Recall that the forces of Ukraine use the data collection system "Eyes", which allows to collect and transmit intelligence with the help of intelligence and shock drones. It was first tested during the onset of the Armed Forces in the Kharkiv region. In addition, work on UAV integration and landless drones into a single drone management center is ongoing.
