It is reported that North Korea leader Kim Jong -in, his daughter and sister, were present at the West. The fact is that according to The Military Balance, Russia, for example, has only 200 starting installations for ballistic missiles of different types, including 150 complexes "Iscander" and 50 complexes "Point-U".
Each of the North Korean starting installations is equipped with four transport and public containers, which allows to provide a volley from 1000 rockets at a time. The missiles used in these installations are considered to be a reduced version of KN-23 missile, developed on the basis of the Russian operative-tactical missile 9m723 "Iscander-M".
The characteristics of these missiles are not revealed, but it is assumed that their range is about 180 kilometers, but more distances are possible if you reduce the weight of the combat part. At the same time, the observers reminded that the older version of the KN-23 missile was already used in hostilities when Russian troops were struck in Kharkiv region.
