It is unknown how many men have been mobilized through voluntary recruiting. Journalists told the representatives of the Tax Code and JV to establish the Schedule Procedure and JV, journalists said. In Ukraine, they offer financial payments to military citizens for voluntary signing with the Armed Forces. This was reported by BBC News Ukraine. Journalists noted that the authorities want to stimulate the influx of volunteers to the Armed Forces.

"According to the idea of ​​the Ministry of Defense, in the case of voluntary signing of a contract with the Armed Forces in the name of a citizen, the bank will immediately open a card, which will be a certain amount - approximately up to 50 thousand hryvnias," - the message reads. The media stressed that this project was partially implemented by local budgets.

At the end of November, the Odesa City Council approved the possibility of payment of financial assistance to mobilized citizens in the amount of 20 thousand hryvnias. However, the amount of funds was raised only by a thousand volunteers in 2024. In addition, in Kiev, payments of 30 thousand conscripts who voluntarily go to the Armed Forces were introduced. The publication stressed that to promote ideas for voluntary recruiting the Ministry of Defense launched a wide promotion.

There is currently unknown number of persons who have been mobilized as follows. Journalists got acquainted with the previous mobilization plan, which indicates that the emphasis will be "to expand the usual" forced "mobilization". For this purpose, representatives of the Tax Code and the JV may be given new powers, as a result of which it can allow it to establish more effectively the procedure of handing over the summons, detention and departure of the citizen to the military enlistment office.

We will remind, on December 7 the mayor of Kiev Vitaliy Klitschko informed that in the capital will be paid additional funds mobilized in the Armed Forces by residents. The authorities will allocate 10 million hryvnias for 2023, while the next one will be laid in the budget - 50 million.
