"In the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy has a promotion in the area of Karlovka. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces, last day on August 5 in the Pokrovsky direction the Russians stormed Ukrainian positions 41 times. The enemy concentrated the strength in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Panteleimonovka, Ivanivka, Novoaleksandrivka, Ivanivka, Zhelan, Novoselivka of the First and Yusnobrodivka, in Donetsk region.
The DeepState map shows that one of the directions of the offensive of the Russians is Karlovka, as well as other settlements nearby. Earlier, Stanislav Bunyatov stated that the activity of the Russian occupation group on the front line was slightly decreased simultaneously in a number of directions due to difficult weather conditions, in particular due to heat. According to Ukrainian defenders, the invaders leave poisoned water in the old places of dislocation after they go from positions.
