According to the Center of the National Way, by the end of this year, Ukrainians have to issue a car insurance that cannot be obtained without Russian citizenship. Ukrainians will confiscate cars in the temporarily occupied territories in Russia, if by January 1, 2025, they do not receive car insurance in Russian companies, which is necessary to have a passport of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.

"The Russians have announced the completion of the" transition period "regarding the insurance of their own car in temporarily occupied territories. From January 1, 2025, everyone has to insure cars in Russian companies. However, it is necessary to have a passport of the Russian Federation. Without insurance, the enemy threatens the owners of confiscation message. In the CNS, they said that in this way the enemy forcibly trains the Ukrainians and for this purpose makes blackmail.
