According to journalists, the couple Elena Kolbasnikov and Max Blonda handed over 500 euros to Russian officer for Russian military equipment. The woman moved to Germany from Ukraine, but with her husband supporting Putin's policy. A group of pro -Russian activists in Germany raised money to purchase radios, phones and headphones for the Russian army. Reuters writes about it.

Group leaders - spouses Elena Kolbasnikov and Max Blond - personally handed over 500 euros to the Russian officer Dmitry Tkachov at the end of 2022. As it is specified, pro-Kremlin activists knew that their funds would go to buy telecommunications equipment for the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, although the supply or financing of such equipment for the Russian army is under the sanctions of the European Union.

According to German law, a violation of sanctions may be punishable by imprisonment for up to five years. All money was raised by a group of people who support the Russian leadership and military aggression against Ukraine. According to journalists, a married couple living in Germany has hidden ties with the Russian state, Russians who have been sanctioned, or far -right.

The official reaction from the Ukrainian side to the fact of transferring the money of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from pro -Russian activists of Germany has not yet been received. Other journalists also spoke about Kolbasnikov and Rostislav Teslyuk, who changed his name to Max Blonda after moving to Germany 10 years ago. Before emigration, Tesluk studied at the Zhukovsky Military Academy and served as a senior lieutenant of the Russian military-air forces. In recent months, Teslyuk-Slund has repeatedly traveled to the occupied territory in eastern Ukraine.

Last year, Kolbasnikov and Blondand received tickets from the Berlin Branch of Rossspigning for a trip to Moscow for a conference at which Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke. Subsequently, the prosecutor's office in Germany launched an investigation into the Rospivation Office in Berlin. Kolbasnikov is a native of Ukraine.
