"The most expensive campaign": the Russian Federation spent $ 250 million on the operation "Maidan 3" - GUR

"Maidan 3" is aimed at inciting enmity, exacerbation of contradictions in Ukraine. Information and psychological operations are engaged in information and psychological operations created in all special services of the Russian Federation, told in intelligence. He noted that in Russia information and psychological operations are engaged in units established in all special services, including in the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the Federal Security Service, at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Presidential Administration. In particular, Putin's First Deputy Administration Serhiy Kiriyenko is responsible for the project of autumn-winter destabilization in Ukraine.
