UA told whether persons who would issue a childcare leave up to three years would be taken into the army. Men in a decree cannot get a delay from mobilization in Ukraine on this basis. However, some citizens can decide to go to the army or a decree. According to Law No. 7464, men who are military servicemen who have a military wife can choose to go to the army or on maternity leave. Instead, only those parents who have one or more children under 18 can be delayed.
A man who has a child on his own should confirm this at the CCC to obtain a deferral. For this purpose it is necessary to provide the military enlistment office documents, namely: in addition, the lawyer Kateryna Anishchenko told that also to prove the man the fact of independent upbringing of the child can be: during the mobilization in Ukraine the Ministry of Defense updated the list of diseases and conditions when a man is considered unsuitable for service.
