The representative of the Land Forces Volodymyr Fitoe noted that the soldiers who arrive directly to the front begin to charge up to 120 thousand hryvnias on a monthly basis. The level of salaries in the Ukrainian army has changed greatly with the beginning of a full -scale Russian invasion. Thus, in 2023 the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were paid from 20 thousand hryvnias a month.

Vladimir Fitio, Head of the Public Relations Service of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this on the national telephone on November 24. He explained that the level of financial support of servicemen depends on the tasks they perform. According to him, the minimum wage received in the army is 20 thousand hryvnias a month. The fighter receives this amount during training.

"Already when the soldiers come to the area of ​​tasks, then they receive the money that is provided in the area, that is, from 20 to 120 thousand hryvnias a month," the fitting said. Supplements of the military for the period of martial law provide: according to Deputy Minister of Defense Natalia Kalmykova, a project will be employed in Ukraine, through which motivated people will be called for service in the Armed Forces.

As Kalmykov explained that recruiting is the involvement of people in service. "We are accustomed to the fact that we have the call that we have personnel officers and our task to expand the opportunity for humans, to see what are vacancies from the units. What skills, knowledge and experience are needed and make your choice. " The official noted that the financial support of the recruited fighter would be the same as that of a mobilized or a soldier who signed the contract.
