The official stated that Switzerland is ready to have a personal meeting of President Scha Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, after the Global Peace Summit, this country regularly informed the leaders of the countries about this readiness.

"After a summit in Burgensta, Ukraine, Russia and the United States have regularly informed our readiness to support diplomatic efforts to find peace," Bido explained to journalists. The Foreign Ministry spokesman answered the question of how to solve the problem with the arrest of Putin, written by the International Criminal Court. The official explained that exceptions would be excluded to achieve peace.

"The Federal Council has the right to make exceptions in the event of peace negotiations," the words bido were given on the portal. The course of negotiations regarding the meeting on the portal was not told. Instead, they reminded that in the near future, during the World Economic Forum in Davos, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy communicates with President Karin Keller-Satter. The forum will take place on January 20-25, 2025.
