According to the head of the military administration, Severodonetsk plays the role of a rear city, which the occupiers use as a logistics center. At the same time, Struk noted that the concentration of troops around the city increased, but the information that there was no strengthening. "At the same time, there are many objects that remain replaced. The central streets are cleared of mines and the rest of the territory is not exchanged," said Severodonetsk.
According to Alexander Stryuk, the residents of Severodonetsk have to survive under the worst conditions - utilities have disappeared in the city even where they were. "Our residents survive taking into account the weather conditions that were last week. Unfortunately, the city has neither water, nor light nor gas. They try to restore there, but not everything can be occupied," Struk said.
At the same time, the effects of the destruction caused by the Russians during the storming of the city are revealed over time. Damaged homes fall by entrances. This is especially true of panel high -rise buildings. And the apartments that survive and have good repair are inhabited by collaborators from the Ruke and Kremlin.
