President of Belarus Oleksandr Lukashenko stated that he was talking to the lead...

Yerevan is convinced that the Russian Federation and Belarus helped to solve a new war in Karabas - isw

President of Belarus Oleksandr Lukashenko stated that he was talking to the leader of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev before the armed conflict. Politicians have concluded that Baku could win. Armenian Prime Minister Nicol Pashinyan indirectly accused Russia of assisting Azerbaijan of preparation for the Second Karabakh War of 2020. But Belarus the Armenian leader is already making direct accusations. About it writes "Institute of War Study" in the summary of May 22.

President of Belarus Oleksandr Lukashenko stated that he and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev spoke before the armed conflict began and concluded that Azerbaijan could win. The meeting took place during Lukashenko's state visit to Azerbaijan on May 16-17. The Belarusian politician visited Physula and Shush, two settlements that Azerbaijani troops took control during the 2020 war.

Pashinyan responded to Lukashenko's statement at a session of the questions and answers of the National Assembly of Armenia and the Government, saying that the Belarusian leader said "that he was metaphorically trying to say Armenia for four years.

" Pashinyan added that he knew at least two member countries of the organization of the Collective Security Treaty (the CPU), which participated in the preparation for the war of 2020, and argued that the purpose of Azerbaijan in the war was the destruction of the "independent state of Armenia". Pashinyan's statement that Russia had helped Azerbaijan to prepare for the 2020 war and, accordingly, supported the purpose of Azerbaijan for the destruction of Armenia is one of Pashinyan's claims.

Yerevan tries to get away from political relations with the Russian Federation in the field of security. On May 22, Pashinyan met with the supreme leader of Iran Ali Hamenei and Acting President Mohammad Mohber. This meeting indicates that Iran may intend to maintain a positive relationship with Armenia against the background of deterioration of Armenia and Russia relations.
