"The lack of access to the registers limits the ability of banks to issue loans secured by a pledge or mortgage, since encumbrance by the bank at the time of lack of access to the registers is not possible," - says Viktor Didenko. According to the expert, temporary difficulties in access to registers in a short period of time (up to two weeks) will not significantly affect ordinary banking life and banking services. "Client activity will decrease somewhat, but in general it will have no serious consequences," Didenko said. However, the stop of the registers will definitely affect some transactions of legal entities. It is new services, for example, if a company seeks to receive credit financing.
