The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MOU) Kirill Budanov participated in several operations together with special forces. During one of them he managed to capture 19 Russians.

The head of Timur special unit in an interview with "Ukrainian Truth" told how he succeeded. According to him, for special forces, the participation of Budanov in operations - "maximum stress". They try to bypass his physical presence so that he does not come in a square where they are, because "it is a very high risk. " "But we have a combat commander, and he wants to be near our operations. Therefore, there were several operations, where Kirill went next to us," Timur said.

He did not tell in what operations Budanov participated for reasons of his safety. However, it was on Earth and on the water. According to Timur, it was a joint operation with other special units.
