The best for guns and replace the fighters: the Armed Forces described promising UAV models for the army (photo)

The General Staff plans to use robotic platforms and drones that they have monitored the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the front country, explained the deputy head of the head of Andriy Lebedenko. According to him, the army is interested in the swarms of drones and the system "own-four". The Ukrainian military actively used drones of types of types, which are more effective than artillery during the fighting.

Soon the inventors will offer updated drones that will replace the fighters with "zeros", fly swarms and will "think" thanks to "artificial intelligence". The deputy commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces, Colonel Andriy Lebedenko, the post on the Facebook page of the General Staff, told about what characteristics of the latest devices. Lebedenko joined the hackathon Precision, which was held on July 26-29 by the Brave1 platform.

He spoke during the festivities and explained that during the three years of the war there was a "technological breakthrough" in the army. According to him, drones showed that they were better than other types of weapons, and even better than artillery. "[Drones - ed. ] Already prevail in the efficiency of classical types of weapons, including artillery," - the words of the colonel were quoted in the post of General Staff.

The deputy commander described the directions of development of unmanned systems that will become useful for the defense forces: according to the military, the command decided to focus on the preservation of personnel. For this purpose, for example, it would be nice to have robotic complexes that will replace fighters at platoon strongholds. Then instead of people there will be a technological system that will "allow us to win".

In addition, priorities are interceptors, adjustments to artillery, counter -battery, drones that can work up to 100 km (operative depth) and more than 100 km (strategic depth). The General Staff post contained several hackathon photos. On one of them you can see a model of drone with a built -in camera. The other is a panel that shows some territory: it is shown from a height and with certain marks.

It should be noted that Precision Hackathon is a hackathon, which was conducted by Brave1 platform from July 26 to July 29, 2024 together with the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces. The Facebook page of the platform indicates that there were more than 200 participants, which were selected from more than 400 applications. Participants offered almost 50 ideas, of which 12 received a financial award.

Winning ideas - in the directions of "guidance system, combining sensors and data analysis, smart ammunition, simulators and training software, autonomous and semi -autonomous systems", according to Brave1 post. We would like to remind you that in July, the commander of the unmanned forces of the unmanned systems spoke about the concept of drone troops and the "phenomenon of Ukrainianness".
