Islamabad, according to the newspaper, expects imports from Moscow to reach 100 thousand barrels a day if the first agreement passes smoothly. Pakistan has placed its first order for Russian oil at a discount, the country will only buy oil, not refined fuel. About it writes Reuters with reference to Pakistani minister Musadik Malik. It is expected that the import of oil from the Russian Federation to Pakistan will reach 100 thousand barrels a day if the first agreement is successful.

Answering questions about the impact of Russian import on local prices, Malik said that this can be estimated when the oil is cleared and prepared for sale. It is reported that the Pakistani company Refinery Limited (PKRF. PSX) will first process Russian oil in the trial cycle, and then the PAK-AAB REFINERY LIMITED (Parco) and other refineries will be done. On April 11, it became known that Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan will be engaged in the transit of oil bypassing the Russian Federation.
