According to the Provisional Investigation Commission of the Verkhovna Rada, more than half of the men who received permits left Ukraine, and just over three thousand border guards were not released because the purpose of the trip was not confirmed. On Tuesday, April 25, it became known that since the beginning of a full -scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, about 100 thousand men of conscript age received permission to travel outside the country.

This was reported by the Provisional Investigation Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which was created to investigate violations of martial law. According to the available data, 96 442 Ukrainians of conscript age were issued permits. More than 66,000 men used the opportunity to leave, and just over three thousand border service was not released, since the purpose of the trip was not confirmed.

Moreover, more than 11% of the total number of citizens who received permission did not return back after the deadline. It is 9,000 people. It is reported that the most similar cases were in Kharkiv, Ternopil and Volyn regions. Another 30,068 did not take advantage of the available permits. Since February 19, the Verkhovna Rada has continued its martial law and general mobilization for a period of 90 days.

SSSU data show that since the beginning of a large -scale invasion of Russian troops in Ukraine, border guards have detained more than 11,000 violators who intended to get abroad outside the checkpoints. More than 4,000 Ukrainians tried to leave for counterfeit documents. It should be reminded that, according to the lawyer Rostislav Kravets from the Trade Union of the Ukrainian Independent Fund of Lawyers, men can leave Ukraine without interruption, but there is one condition.
