The summons ignored, but the Donation on the Armed Forces: in Ukraine condemned the military from the stock

The Ukrainian passed conscript service and continued to serve in the army under the "contract". However, having received a "battle" during the war, he spanned. In Ukraine, a reserve was condemned, who evaded mobilization but made money donations to the Armed Forces. The details are known from the sentence of the Kamen-Kashirsky District Court of Volyn region of December 5. The name and age of the convicted person is unknown.

However, the document states that he was married and registered as a military. The Military Medical Commission (VLK) found it suitable. According to the court, earlier the Ukrainian had already served, and then signed a contract with the army. He was released in 2010. On January 5, a resident of Volyn received a summons, at which on January 9 he had to appear at the collection point. From there it was to be sent to the military unit.

However, employees of the territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC) did not wait for him to qualify as evasion of mobilization. In court, the man pleaded guilty. He said that on January 4, he received notifications from the military enlistment office and the next day passed a physical examination. Probably, after checking the doctors, he was already given a "battle". As the convicted person explained, "at the last moment he spanned", so he decided to ignore the summons.

He confessed that he had no right to defer. The evidenceman repented and asked to take into account two facts about himself. It turned out that he was doing the needs of the army and is part of the volunteer formation of the territorial community. Despite the preparing and membership of the Ukrainian DFTG, the Ukrainian was found guilty. He was imprisoned for three years. Recall that the reserve colonel Roman Svitan told whom to mobilize in the Armed Forces.
