Financial payments will be provided to those Ukrainians who have not previously used help from other international organizations. There are several million domestic migrants in Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation, whose representatives are engaged in the collection of applications for further payments. So, by November 10, the mobile team of the Charitable Foundation will collect applications from residents of Sumy region. Aid can be received by those who have not previously received assistance from international organizations. In this case, the average monthly income of the family should not exceed UAH 5.
