The declared growth of Russia's economy by 3% is not very knit with the fall in electricity production, notes journalist Vadim Denysenko. And this happens against the background of growth of the Russian economy, especially in the sphere of MIC. Everything I will write below is just a hypothesis.

So: there are two possible conclusions on the surface (I repeat again, while it is a hypothesis): indirectly it is worth paying attention to how overdue loans of business, the number of bankruptcies of individuals, etc. increased.
