"A mobile tent was opened for the residents of the house to provide the necessary help," Klitschko said. It is also noted that 2 people were saved from the apartment on the 20th floor and transferred to the ambulance. More than 100 people were bred into the fresh air, four of the victims went to the doctors on their own.
The National Police confirmed that the victims have an acute response to stress. According to the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a 14-year-old girl was killed in one of the apartments where the fire occurred. Criminal proceedings on the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated.
