- How did the work of teachers change after February 24? What do they now have to think about? - I can not say that there is some already structured, proflexion experience. No one was ready for this - they were not taught at pedagogical universities, but they adapt a little. Of course, Ukrainian teachers, schools prepared a period of pandemic for the war. Teachers' digital skills, their ability to teach online and do it effectively during this time.

But the most important change was not so much remote teaching. Your task is to emotionally support students and even in some places through students of their families, to support colleagues.

They are also not taught at universities, so the greatest request from Ukrainian teachers (and I am proud that they study in the conditions of war, continue to study a lot) - about supporting themselves, their moral condition in order to support the moral health of students and minimize the moral health War injury for children.

- How, supporting themselves, support students and their families? It's like an oxygen mask - on itself, and then on the one who is near? - I wanted to give this example that it works like this. First you need to take care of yourself. I will not say "If a happy teacher, then a happy student. " If a stable teacher, it will be a stable student. Children still perceive the danger and the world through the lens of authoritative adults. And these are parents first and foremost - teachers.

- What basic things do teachers need to know? What tips were given? - This is not quite my field of examination, but I can say that we have involved very cool experts who taught teachers. For example, last week we had a cool master class from Sister Barack Obama, former President of America, Maya. She heads the Institute of Freedom, a school teacher in the past. I'm a skeptical in terms of meditation, I can't.

But Maya gave about 20 daily techniques, for three to four minutes, which help to recharge themselves and get a resource that is not enough. Therefore, I just recommend watching such webinars, records, reading Ukrainian experts on this topic. The most important thing is to have such a request and understand that the tools are: you need to go, find them, practice and find what works for a particular teacher. Then it will be a great benefit for children.

- Education now collects such practices and other assistance for teachers? Are they somewhere open so that every teacher can take advantage of this? - Of course. We have media for Osvitoria Media teachers, where we write about legislative changes and such practices. We have a NOW education platform, which we have done with the Ministry and the United Nations. There is everything about education during the war.

Wherever parents and teachers - abroad, in Ukraine - they can go to such a universal advisor and find everything there. And there is a YouTub Channel, where we are teaching webinars on important ones, in war, topics. So you can look there. I have to say that everything we do, has changed radically because of the war. It's a pun. We had a strategic session day before the war.

She was with a very powerful moderator from the audit company, with the Minister of Education, where we worked everything we would like to do this year. With the beginning of the war, it could all be broken and thrown away. But no, we will postpone, then we will realize all these ideas. Now we do a lot.

- I wanted to ask how I had to rebuild the work of the organization, starting from the fact that it was necessary to take care of staff safety in order to continue to work? What was the most difficult in the internal restructuring for the educational and how did you handle it? - The hardest part is to switch from the regime in which we are used to working is to dream ambitiously and to embody everything we dreamed.

As a rule, it is easy for us to find like-minded people, attract partners and embody any idea if we know that it needs the Ukrainian education system. This is a completely different mode. This is a 24/7 total crisis management mode. I am glad that we coped with him and stabilized the team morally. I am sure that it is not only for educators, but for everyone a critical question.

They analyzed the hot needs that arose in education, consulted with the Ministry of Education, with teachers, and have switched to completely new projects. For example, instead of the final school test of the EIT, through which students enter universities, have a multi -ite. And we were very quickly able to prepare for it, because one of the Ukrainian children was left without teachers, without access to education.

And about 100,000 children were prepared with us on the platform of our project with the UN. Of course, it is an online school online, which we made for the Presidential Office, for the Ministry of Education for the Pandemia, but it turned out that it was an important tool with 480,000 Ukrainian children from 120 countries from the world where they were moved. Ukrainian elementary school children lack coolant Ukrainian -language content.

We make an application with the Dutch team that can be downloaded online to study mathematics and Ukrainian, literature, reading in a playful baby. These are those items that help them to contact Ukraine. Last week, we agreed to help with Back to School - a project with the First Lady Office and the Ministry of Education. It is the help of schools to return to offline - it is scheduled from September 1. The Global Teacher Prize Prize is the most inspiration for our team.

It will be different: no longer with a red sidewalk, and with evening dresses. Not as we glorify teachers every year. But teachers keep the educational front, they do it heroically. There are many stories of Ukrainian teachers that we want to tell not only our society, but also to spread around the world. These are volunteer teachers, these are the teachers who continue to teach children in temporarily occupied territories.

These are those who taught from bomb shelters to the sounds of sirens in the worst times. These are those who exported entire boarding schools on their own. We want society to be proud of them, so on the day of the teacher, on October 1-2, we will tell these teachers' stories on October 1-2. - I wanted to ask about international cooperation.

How did it change after February 24? Who, maybe from your foreign partners, was the first to help with all possible initiatives? Maybe someone has already developed some experience, how to give yourself advice? Have anyone had any experiences that could be used? - The experience of Ukraine is unique and ready -made recipes.

We even had a period when we were communicated with partners from different countries and tried to [take on the experience of Afghanistan or Syria - it is very local, their specificity is different from ours. I know that many people now criticize the UN. But if we talk about their UNICEF office, which is responsible for the humanitarian educational response during the wars and crises, they have scripts and tools.
